1. Control time.
From 11:00 p.m. on December 20, 2023 to 1:00 a.m. on December 21, 2023.

3. Control measures.
1. All vehicles in the direction of Xichang to Ya'an will be diverted from the main line of the asbestos toll station to drive out of the expressway, and the national highway 108 will be detoured to the Jiuxiang toll station and continue to drive in the direction of Chengdu.
2. All vehicles from Ya'an to Xichang will bypass National Highway 108 and continue to drive in the direction of Xichang at the asbestos toll station.
3. The asbestos toll station controls all vehicles on the station in the direction of Chengdu.
4. Jiuxiang Toll Station, Hanyuan South Toll Station, Hanyuan East Toll Station, Hanyuan North Toll Station, and Wushi Bridge Toll Station control all incoming vehicles.
5. The rest of the vehicle traffic requirements shall be implemented according to the "winter management" notice.
