According to the 2023 semi-annual report previously released by Hymson, the laser and automation equipment manufactured by Hymson New Display Industry Center is suitable for the whole process of display related applications such as small-pitch LED and Micro Mini LED chip segments, display module segments, and display integration segments in the new display industry, and the products cover key processes in the industry such as Micro Mini LED cutting, transfer, bonding, testing and repair.

In addition to launching the mini LED rework equipment last year, Hymson also launched a mass transfer equipment with laser technology in June last year, and successfully delivered the first batch of micro LED mass transfer equipment to customers in September, which means that Hymson has successfully mastered the micro LED mass transfer technology and made an important breakthrough in the field of new displays.

In this regard, Peng Xinhan said that Hymson took the lead in mastering the 50 m-level micro LED mass transfer technology as early as 2022, and the yield rate has reached 9999% of mini LED display modules mass bonding and rework solutions. "Hymson aims at the high-end display market, which is also the future market, and by combining laser with automation systems, it has reduced production costs, improved efficiency for the industry, and provided strong support for large-scale production. ”

According to Peng Xinhan, in terms of laser cleaning solutions, Hymson has innovatively launched high-speed laser cleaning technology by virtue of basic research on the characteristics of different materials of batteries to solve the problems of pollution, damage and inefficiency of traditional cleaning. The unique laser software can provide high-precision control of the cleaning tank to maintain the consistency of cleaning.

In the photovoltaic field, Hymson has achieved another breakthrough in TOPCon technology and has successfully completed the shipment. This technology can improve the conversion efficiency of TOPCON cells.
