The second reason is that when the task is issued, the task goal of the business personnel should be high, and the task difficulty should also be large, because they are responsible for the results. Functional personnel, on the other hand, are more transactional in nature, and their tasks are inherently less difficult. For this reason, it can also lead to lower scores for business people than for functional people.
Is it possible to make some adjustments because of this?Give two suggestions, but these two suggestions are difficult to operate, not very easy to follow.
The first suggestion is to adjust the difficulty of the performance of business personnel and functional personnel to be consistent, which is not easy to operate. Because the business person is responsible for the results, when he sets a goal, he will definitely set a high goal. Functional personnel are transactional work, and its difficulty itself is so great, and there is very little room for operation.
The second suggestion is to reconcile the fairness between them through compensation. For example, business personnel basically have a relatively low basic salary and a relatively high commission. Since his goal is high and difficult, it is not appropriate to raise the salary of business personnel to achieve a certain balance. Because the income of the business person** is mainly variable income, if his fixed salary is raised, it may lead to the inaction of the business person, so that it becomes the same as the functional person, which is not what I want to see.
So these two proposals were basically rejected as well. My personal advice to give.
The first is the comparison of positions of the same nature, that is, the comparison of business personnel with business personnel. Why should business people compare with professional people?This one is inappropriate.
Second, what if someone is not convinced?Just change the guard. The business personnel are dissatisfied with the functional personnel and feel that their basic salary is too high, so they go to the functional personnel, and the functional personnel feel that they have not received a commission, and the comprehensive income is not as high as that of the business personnel.
