How do office workers do their morning jogs every day?

Mondo Health Updated on 2024-01-31

Since I started running, I have been using my time productively every day. I got up at 6:00 this morning, and when I walked out of the house, it was already 6:10, and this point is generally only 3 kilometers of running, and I returned home at 7:00 o'clock, and then washed my hair, washed my face, brushed my teeth, ate, and went to work on time. Before I talked about running, friends in the comment area had doubts, how can office workers have time to run?As long as you really want to do something in your heart, there is really a lot of time. For example, although I don't have time to read, I spend a lot of time scrolling on my phone.

Also, if you really don't have time, then squeeze time out, you need to get up early for a morning run, at first, it's very painful, always lying in bed and struggling. Slowly, for 10 days, it will not be so difficult to get up early, especially after running for a period of time, the body and mind will have a good experience, and it is easy to persevere in running at that time.

In fact, before I didn't keep running, I was always busy every day. But in fact, the efficiency of doing things is low, and the attention is easily distracted, and I often unconsciously swipe my mobile phone and chat.

So, how do office workers squeeze out time for a run?

First of all, it's important to have a regular running time, I wake up an hour early every day (I used to get up at 7:00, now I wake up at 6:00), and during this hour, I will walk for 10 minutes to warm up, run for 30 minutes, stretch for 5-10 minutes, and go home for 10 minutes. You can run 3-4 kilometers in 30 minutes, and these 3 to 4 kilometers are jogging, which does not require speed and is completely relaxed. If you have a day off, you will run 5-6 kilometers at a time because you have plenty of time.

Second, fix the running location. Being in the same place every day, familiar with the road conditions and environment, makes it easier to stick to it.

Third, autosuggestion, self-motivation. In fact, writing is a good way to write about your running feelings, and it is also a very encouraging thing to get everyone's encouragement.

Fourth, find a running routine that works for your body. It's not uncommon to meet hard-working runners who usually wake up at 00 and finish running by 6 o'clock. I don't dare to try this time, because I have a heavy day of work and no time to rest, so I have to make sure that I have enough rest every day.

In short, everyone's reality is different, and you will slowly find a running routine that suits your body.
