Nimonic 263 alloy is a nickel-chromium-cobalt-based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy. Its long-term service temperature is below 800 degrees Celsius, and the short-term service temperature can reach 8500 degrees Celsius. The alloy has high oxidation resistance, high yield strength and creep strength, less strain-aging crack tendency, and good resistance to cold and hot fatigue. The alloy has satisfactory formability and weldability.
Nimonic263 heat treatment system.
The standard heat treatment regime for each variety is:
Solution treatment: 1150 10;Aging treatment: 800 10 8h ac. These include:
Forgings and rings, solution holding time (1.)5-2.5) h, water-cooled;
tube, solution holding time 15 min, air cooling or appropriate cooling;
Strip, solution holding time: δ 4mm, (5-l5)min, air cooling;4mm10mm, 120min, air cooled;
and hot-rolled forged bars, solution holding time: d 8mm, 30min, water cooling (air cooling or oil cooling);d > 8 mm, (90-150) min, water-cooled (air-cooled or oil-cooled).
Properties of nimonic263.
Nimonic263 has the following main properties:
1.Heat resistance: Nimonic263 alloy has good stability at high temperatures, can work at temperatures up to 750 for a long time, and can maintain good performance even at higher temperatures.
2.Corrosion resistance: Nimonic263 alloy has excellent performance in acid and alkali media, and has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
3.Mechanical properties: Nimonic263 alloy has excellent strength and toughness, and can still maintain high mechanical properties in high temperature environments.
