Alloy825 superalloy composition and characteristics and application forging.

Alloy825 superalloy is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy whose composition mainly includes elements such as nickel, iron, chromium, copper and titanium. The following are the main characteristics and application forging conditions of alloy825 superalloy::

1. Corrosion resistance: alloy825 has excellent corrosion resistance, and can show good corrosion resistance in various acidic and alkaline environments, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, etc.

2. High temperature resistance: alloy825 has good high temperature resistance, and can be used for a long time in a high temperature environment without losing its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

3. Oxidation resistance: alloy825 can effectively resist oxidation and hot corrosion at high temperatures, and has good oxidation resistance.

4. Stress corrosion crack resistance: alloy825 has excellent stress corrosion crack resistance, and can be used for a long time under high stress and corrosive media.

5. Application forging conditions: alloy825 superalloy is suitable for forging in the temperature range of 1000-1200 degrees Celsius. If the forging temperature is too low, the plasticity of the alloy will be reduced, and if the forging temperature is too high, it will easily cause grain growth.

Alloy825 superalloy is widely used in chemical, petroleum, electric power, nuclear energy and other fields, such as petrochemical equipment, furnace tubes, heat exchangers, distillation towers and nuclear equipment of nuclear power plants. Its corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and resistance to stress corrosion cracking make it an ideal superalloy material.
