Russia faces up to the differences between China and Russia and no longer builds factories in joint ventures, and foreign media Sino-Russian relations are complicated
Since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war, the Russian side has called for scientific and technological cooperation between China and Russia has become louder and louder. Since Russia is obviously aware of its own scientific and technological shortcomings in this war, Russia has constantly invited China to consider joint ventures and alliances with Russia and Belarus, and its main purpose is to lure China to become an ally in order to improve its own scientific and technological level. But our country has also never responded positively to Russia.
Because for us, if Russia establishes a joint venture science and technology system, we will not get any benefits, not only to contribute, but also to contribute, on the contrary, because of Russia's vast territory, if we jointly develop agriculture and vigorously develop energy, we can do this.
I remember that when the Soviet Union collapsed, although Russia was still rich in resources, it had almost nothing in terms of some high-tech technology. Then, in the face of continuous sanctions from Western countries, Russia also began to invest a lot of money in the armed forces, which led to the backwardness at this stage.
And our country is currently the second in the world in terms of strength, especially in recent years, after the start of the war, our country is one of the few countries that buy Russian energy. If we succeed in rising, we will benefit Russia a lot. After all, our high-tech level is also obvious to all. If we can cooperate with our country to build a factory, it is basically beneficial and harmless.
The purpose of cooperation is to go to the next level on both sides, but in terms of cooperation with Russia, this does not help us in any way.
After the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war this time, Russia has suffered a big blow in terms of both financial and human resources. And the United States also cut off chips to Russia**, which directly worsens Russia's situation. In the short term, I"Loongson"Chips can support Russia, but Russia also knows that this is not a long-term solution, so it is still up to our technology to help it.
On December 22, China and Russia will invest $1.6 billion to build a scientific research company, mainly including the research and development of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies such as chips. As for Russia, it can be described as silly and sweet in the science and technology industry, and this time Russia proposed cooperation, obviously to let our country share technology for them, so as to catch up with Russia's rapid development in the level of science and technology.
Judging by this cooperation alone, only Russia has benefited, and we have not benefited at all. If cooperation is not a win-win situation, why should we continue to work together? So, naturally, we won't agree.
After several conversations, seeing that our country did not mention anything about cooperation, Russia finally recognized itself. Recognizing some of the differences between China and Russia in terms of scientific and technological cooperation, China is no longer required to share technology, but focuses on energy cooperation.
Subsequently, Russia gradually came to its senses. Realize that energy and agriculture are Russia's greatest strengths, and other countries will be able to cooperate with you only if you use your own advantages and consult with others.
Most countries of the world are cooperating closely with Russia in the field of natural gas. According to the plan, the current one"Polar 2"The LNG project should be progressing steadily, but due to the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war, which led to the withdrawal of some Western companies, Russia does not have the necessary technology to provide support, so there is no yellow technology, which is mainly due to the backwardness of science and technology. Since the incident, Russia has also learned how China has begun to strengthen its own research and technology, and to increase investment in this area.
Today, Russian energy is actually the most beneficial cooperation for China. When the first gas pipeline was finalized 14 years ago, China and Russia signed a 30-year pipeline contract, and we made a one-time payment of $10 billion. In January of this year, negotiations on cooperation for a second gas pipeline also began.
And now, on the negotiation of cooperation on the second pipeline, the Russian side has not shown absolute sincerity. On the one hand, the second pipeline is more expensive than the first, while for India and the EU, the second pipeline is cheaper than the first. Secondly, this pipeline must pass through Mongolia, which is not firmly positioned, because Mongolia blatantly tore up the contract some time ago. But this pipeline can pass not through Mongolia, but through Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang, and then through the rest of our country, but now Russia is still thinking about this pipeline in its own interests, believing that this pipeline can be two countries together. Obviously, this cannot be accepted by my country.
It is important to realize that Russia is now equated with a public enemy of the world, and our cooperation with Russia will provide the United States with arguments in the international arena. I hope that Russia will realize this, and if it still wants to cooperate with us, it must show sincerity in the first place and make concessions to Chinese enterprises. Only in this way can we create a mutually beneficial and win-win situation.
