After the workpiece is clamped in the machining center for a time, the CNC system can control the machine tool to automatically select and replace the tool according to different processes, automatically change the auxiliary functions such as the spindle speed, feed, and the movement trajectory of the tool relative to the workpiece, and complete the tasks in order, and carry out multi-process processing on several surfaces of the workpiece. And it has a variety of tool change or tool selection functions, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Different problems will occur during the long-term use of vertical machining centers. The following Jugao Precision Machinery will explain the solutions to three common problems, let's take a look
1.Workpiece gouge:
The external cause of workpiece overcutting is generally insufficient tool strength or inappropriate size, and the internal reason may be improper operation by the operator, or improper setting of cutting amount or uneven setting of cutting allowance, resulting in excessive tolerance, which will eventually lead to overcutting phenomenon and machining error of the workpiece.
Solution: When adding a corner clearing program, keep the allowance as uniform as possible, and use the largest possible tool to fine-tune with the SF function of the vertical machining center to gradually achieve the best cutting result.
2.Inaccurate in the score:
Centrifugation is the step by which the machining center determines the origin. It can be said that any operation using a machining center is inseparable from the centering step. In addition to the inaccurate manual operation of the operator, there are burrs around the mold, the four sides are not perpendicular, and the centering rod is magnetic, which will cause inaccuracy in the centering.
Solution: Before the machining center divides the mold, the centering rod must be demagnetized. The manual operation of the division should be checked repeatedly, and the center should be kept at the same point and the same height as much as possible, and the instrument should be calibrated frequently to check whether the mold is vertical around it.
3.Crash:
Crashes are now inevitable, but as a qualified operator of a machining center, you should be able to keep the factors that cause collisions within avoidable limits. There are many kinds of problems that cause collisions, so it is necessary to control the factors to avoid collisions in advance.
Solution: Set the safety height reasonably, adjust the tool length and the actual machining depth on the CNC program sheet to the applicable position, and check the depth Z-axis and the actual Z-axis number clearlyCoordinate settings are checked accurately during programming.
