3.Open the low-pressure valve of the composite repair valve and expel the air from the connecting hose. Use an Allen wrench to turn the stem in a clockwise direction to close the two-way globe valve.
4.When the gauge pressure of the low pressure gauge is 0 MPa (at this time, frost will form on the two-way shut-off valve), turn off the air conditioner and stop the air conditioner.
5.Then use an Allen wrench to rotate the stem of the three-way globe valve in a clockwise direction to the end to close the three-way globe valve. At this time, the refrigerant operation is completed, and the air conditioner can be disassembled and relocated after the refrigerant.
2. Precautions for refrigerants.
*Refrigerant precautions are as follows:
1.In the first refrigerant, the action of closing the three-way globe valve should be rapid, and the valve should not stay in a half-open and half-closed state, otherwise there will be air entering the refrigeration system.
2.Attention should be paid to whether the shut-off valve is leaking. In the case of ** refrigerant, if you see condensation in the low-pressure liquid pipe, it means that the shut-off valve has a fault of air leakage, and the ** refrigerant should be stopped at this time, and measures should be taken to fill the leakage in time.
