Roundtable Dialogue: Cultivation of Practical Talents with the Integration of Industry and Education

Secretary-General Chen shared AUO's practical experience in school-enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education. She said that AUO's Xi program not only provides jobs for Xi students, but also helps them formulate Xi plans, assign mentors, and set up improvement projects. Since 2005, it has become a popular project through continuous cooperation with universities.
In order to accommodate Industry 40 In line with the needs of China's Intelligent Manufacturing 2025, AUO has cooperated with Wuhan University of Technology, China University of Mining and Technology and other universities since 2015 to carry out the "Outstanding Engineer" talent training program. The program is in the fourth year of undergraduate education at a university and students can enter AUO Xi. The project implements "college tutor + AUO manager level or aboveMentors" of the dual tutor system.
