These ten scenic spots are distributed in various regions of China, including natural landscapes, historical buildings, cultural landscapes and cultural relics.

(1) The Great Wall。The Great Wall is 20,000 kilometers long, and it is like a giant dragon that stretches from east to west in northern China. It is a symbol of the Chinese nation, a world cultural heritage, and one of the seven wonders of the world. The construction of the Great Wall began in the Warring States period and ended in the Ming Dynasty as a military defense. The Great Wall that everyone usually refers to is the Great Wall, which starts from Hushan in Dandong, Liaoning Province in the east, and reaches Jiayuguan in Gansu Province in the west, with a total length of 88518 km.

Today, the Great Wall has become an important tourist resource, and many scenic spots have been opened up along the Great Wall. Among them, the Badaling Great Wall is the most magnificent and the earliest open section. The most dangerous section is the Jiankou Great Wall, which is famous for its danger, steepness and strangeness. The only section into the sea is the old dragon head of Shanhaiguan. The more famous scenic spots to watch the Great Wall are: Mutianyu, Jinshanling, Simatai, Huangyaguan, Jiayuguan and so on.

(2) Guilin landscape。Guilin is a world-famous scenic city, and has been known as "Guilin's best landscape in the world" since ancient times, and its karst landform has been included in the list of world natural heritage sites. The mountains of Guilin rise from the ground in a thousand forms; The water of the Li River, meandering, clear and clean as a mirror; There are caves in the mountains, and the caves are secluded; There are strange stones in the cave, which are dazzling, so it forms the "four uniques" of Guilin of "clear mountains, beautiful waters, strange caves, and beautiful stones".

When I was young, I wanted to go to Guilin, and I went to Liuzhou to pass by Guilin fifty years ago, and made the trip twenty years ago. I took a boat trip on the Li River in Guilin, saw Guanyan, and went to the Big Banyan Park after arriving in Yangshuo, and that's it. Therefore, I want to go to Guilin again, take a closer look at the "Two Rivers and Four Lakes", Duxiu Peak, Reed Flute Rock and other scenic spots, and then take a good look at Yangshuo. I don't know if this wish will come true.

(3) West Lake, Hangzhou。In China, Hangzhou's West Lake is so famous that almost everyone knows about it. West Lake is not only known as a paradise on earth because of its beautiful lake and mountains, but also has many places of interest and historic sites on the World Heritage List. It was formed in the Qin and Han dynasties, stereotyped in the Northern Song Dynasty, and after the founding of New China, it was repaired and developed to form the current pattern.

The number of times I have visited West Lake in Hangzhou in my life is almost the most of all the scenic spots I have visited. I don't remember exactly, but there were at least five times, and it was only autumn in terms of seasonality. In spring, visit the West Lake, the lake bank embankment is pink and willow green, full of vitality. In summer, the lotus flowers in the lake are in full bloom, and the boat is like a shuttle, which is pleasing to the eye. I came to West Lake twice in winter, once it rained and once snowed, which made me appreciate the fog of Yuxi Lake and the white vastness of Snow West Lake.

(4) The Forbidden City in Beijing。The Forbidden City is magnificent, resplendent and splendid, and is the largest ancient building complex in China. It was completed in the 18th year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1420 AD) and is one of the three major palaces in the world and a world cultural heritage. The Palace Museum is a comprehensive museum established on the basis of the imperial palaces and their collections of the Ming and Qing dynasties, and is also the largest museum of ancient culture and art in China.

Beijing is a tourist mecca in the hearts of Chinese people, and the Forbidden City is the first choice to visit. I've been to the Forbidden City at least three times. The first time was in the early eighties of the last century, when I traveled and got married, I saw a more comprehensive view, in addition to visiting the main palace and the imperial garden, I also visited the calligraphy and painting museum, the treasure hall, the clock hall and other exhibition halls. After that, I didn't see it so much twice.

(5) Suzhou Garden。Suzhou has more than 2,500 years of Wu cultural heritage, is a famous national historical and cultural city, and has the reputation of "paradise on earth, garden city". It has always been famous for its beautiful landscapes and elegant gardens, and has the reputation of "Jiangnan Gardens in the World, Suzhou Gardens in Jiangnan". Suzhou Garden is a "literati freehand landscape garden" with profound cultural significance, with poetic and picturesque feelings, known as "silent poetry, three-dimensional painting".

There are many gardens in Suzhou, which are basically private gardens, among which the Canglang Pavilion, the Lion Forest, the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Lingering Garden represent the artistic styles of the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties respectively, and are known as the "Four Famous Gardens" in Suzhou, and the Master-of-Nets Garden is also quite famous. I have been to Suzhou several times, mostly in winter, and have visited these gardens. These gardens give people a beautiful enjoyment with pavilions, rockeries and strange rocks, lakes and mountains, which make people intoxicated.

(6) Huangshan, Anhui。Mount Huangshan is one of the three mountains in the "Three Mountains and Five Mountains", and its laurels crown and praise for it are many: the world's natural and cultural heritage, one of the top ten famous mountains in China, one of the ten most beautiful mountains in China, "the first strange mountain in the world", "God's bonsai", and so on. Xu Xiake praised when he climbed the Yellow Mountain: "Climb the Yellow Mountain, there is no mountain in the world, and the view is stopped!."It was extended by later generations as "the return of the five mountains does not look at the mountain, and the return of the Yellow Mountain does not look at the mountain". The Chinese people are proud of climbing the Yellow Mountain, and regret not going to the Yellow Mountain.

When I was 50 years old, I climbed Huangshan for the first time and went to Yuping Tower, Aoyu Peak, Guangming Peak, Shixin Peak and other places. After a few years, I hiked up Tiandu Peak and went down the mountain to take the ropeway. The year before last, I went up to the Yellow Mountain, visited some scenic spots of Yuping Tower, Guangming Peak and Houshan, and took the sightseeing cable car to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Xihai Grand Canyon. I was deeply attracted by the beauty of Yellow Mountain, and if it was possible, I would go to Yellow Mountain again in this life and climb the Lotus Peak, which I had never climbed, and it would be even more complete.

(7) Three Gorges of the Yangtze River。The Yangtze River is the mother river of China, and the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River is a beautiful section of the scenery, attracting thousands of tourists. The Three Gorges is composed of Qutang Gorge, Wu Gorge and Xiling Gorge, starting from Baidi City in Fengjie County, Chongqing City in the west, and reaching Nanjin Pass in Yichang City, Hubei Province in the east, with a total length of 193 kilometers. Qutang Gorge is the shortest of the Three Gorges, majestic and steep. Wuxia is the most impressive section, like a meandering gallery, full of poetic and picturesque feelings. Xiling Gorge is the longest, the beach is many and the water is rapid, and the big gorge is set around the small gorge.

I have only visited the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River once, and I took a cruise ship to Wuxia instead of Qutang Gorge. In the evening, sail from Yichang, first cross Gezhouba, and then sail into Xiling Gorge to enjoy the scenery of Dengying Gorge, Bingshu Baojian Gorge, and Ox Liver and Horse Lung Gorge. After dark, I went to the Three Gorges Dam, passed the five-level lock, and browsed the dam under the lights. The next morning, the boat arrived at Wuxia, and quickly got up to face the cool breeze **Wuxia scenery. After breakfast in Wushan County, we took a boat trip to visit the "Little Three Gorges" of the Daning River and the "Little Three Gorges" of the Madu River.

(8) Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan。Sun Moon Lake is located in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, north of Alishan, Taiwan Province, China, and is the largest natural lake in Taiwan, with beautiful scenery in Taiwan"Tianchi", there is"Don't go overseas"called. There is a small island in Sun Moon Lake, with this island as the boundary, the shape of the northern half of the lake is like a round sun, and the shape of the southern half of the lake is like a crescent moon, so Sun Moon Lake gets its name. The beauty of Sun Moon Lake lies in the fact that there are many peaks around the lake, the lake is vast, and the water of the lake is clear. Throughout the year, the scenery varies from morning to dusk. Refreshing and pleasant in summer, it is a summer resort.

I had the pleasure of going to Taiwan once with a group, and the itinerary included Sun Moon Lake. I remember that the bus of the tour group stopped on the north shore of the lake, and we took a boat to the opposite shore to visit the Xuanguang Temple and take a photo in front of the natural stone engraved with "Sun Moon Lake". It was evening, the sky was relatively dark, and the buildings by the lake were already lit up, and the scenery of Sun Moon Lake was naturally discounted.

(9) Summer resort。Hebei Chengde Summer Resort is one of the four famous gardens in China and a world cultural heritage. It was built in 1703, after the Qing Dynasty Kangxi, Yongzheng, Qianlong three dynasties, it took 89 years to build, it is the place where the Qing Dynasty emperor took refuge in summer and dealt with government affairs, and the ancient imperial palace with the largest existing area in China. The whole villa is watery in the southeast and mountainous in the northwest, which is the epitome of China's natural landform and a masterpiece of Chinese classical garden art.

I visited the resort twice, once with my colleagues and once with my family. Entering the summer resort, the first thing you see is the palace complex, the front hall and the back bed, and the main hall "Yubo Jingcheng" is built by Nanmu. To the north of the palace area is a lake, rippling blue waves, rich in the characteristics of the land of fish and rice in the south of the Yangtze River. In the northeast corner of the river, there is a hot river spring, which is only 300 meters long, making it the shortest river in the world. To the north of the lake district is a grassland with green grass. The northwest part of the lodge is mountainous, and the magnificent Outer Eight Temples can be seen on the hilltop wall.

(10) Xi'an Qinling Terracotta Warriors。The Terracotta Warriors and Horses of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang are on the east side of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang 1At 5 kilometers, there are 3 terracotta warrior pits, more than 7,000 terracotta figurines and many chariots, pottery horses, and weapons. In 1974, a local farmer dug a well and accidentally dug up a pottery warrior head, and after national excavation, the terracotta warriors and horses of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang were finally discovered, which shocked the whole world. It expresses the extremely high plastic arts, and is a treasure trove of culture and art that is unique in the world, and is called"The eighth wonder of the world"。

I only had one experience visiting the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Qinling, and I was blown away by it. The No. 1 pit of the Terracotta Warriors is for the infantry, the No. 2 pit is composed of cavalry, chariots and infantry, and the No. 3 pit seems to be the commander's command organ. The terracotta warriors and horses are grand and majestic in scale, with a neat lineup, full of tension before the battle. The individual image is also very successful, and it is made of ** people and real horses. After the visit, I have to sincerely admire the superb skills of the ancients.
