The production workshop adopts the concept of digital manufacturing, fully implements MES, WMS, SAP management system, and combines cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and machine vision to fully realize the integrated construction of intelligent equipment, intelligent systems, and intelligent scenes. At the same time, in order to ensure the stability of product quality, the factory has 530 test cases for off-line product testing, far exceeding the current industry's 200 orders of magnitudeA large number of R&D-level inspection items are sunk to the production line, which also ensures that not a single problem piece will flow to the customer. As the first mass-produced product, HDBS has undergone testing items that far exceed industry standards in the R&D stage, such as vehicle performance, system robustness and adaptability durability verification has exceeded 300,000 kilometers, and bench durability tests have exceeded the industry average of 2.2 million times, reaching 3 million times.
The one-box product also excels in key features. In terms of NVH, HDBS has reached the top level in the industry, and under the same test conditions, it is 3 decibels lower than similar products. The pedal feeling, after countless tests and adjustments, has been infinitely close to the traditional vacuum booster, reaching more than 95% similarity. The product adopts the design of brushless motor and ball screw, and the product is lightweight, small in size, and easy to install. It can realize brake assist assistance, conventional ESC function, and intelligent driving assistance function, and the system response time can reach less than 150ms.
