Temporary traffic management measures around the cemetery during the winter solstice
Notice on temporary traffic management measures on some roads during the winter solstice in 2023
In order to ensure the orderly and safe traffic of urban roads during the winter solstice of 2023, in accordance with Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the traffic management department of the public security organ will temporarily adjust the traffic management measures of some roads in the urban area during this period. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Temporary traffic management measures around Nanshan Cemetery.
From December 16 to 22 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day, the following measures will be taken depending on the situation:
1) Shuicheng Road (Huyu Road to Fuxing Road) implements one-way traffic from north to south;
2) Huyu Road (Nanfu Road to Shuicheng Road) implements one-way traffic from east to west;
3) Baiyun Road (Huyu Road to the gate of Nanshan Cemetery) is closed to motor vehicles (except for internal unit vehicles);
4) Huyu Road (Shuicheng Road to Hupao Road) prohibits motor vehicles from west to east in a timely manner;
5) Huyu Road, Nanfu Road, Yuhuangshan Road, Yuhuangshan Tunnel, Baiyun Road, and Shuicheng Road are prohibited from passing yellow trucks.
2. Temporary traffic management measures around Longjusi Cemetery.
From 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day from December 16 to 22, the following measures will be taken depending on the situation:
1) Longju Temple Lane (along the mountain road to Tianhe Road) implements one-way traffic from north to south;
2) Implement one-way traffic from west to east along the mountain road (Longhe Road to Longjusi Lane);
3) Longhe Road (Tianhe Road to Yanshan Road) implements one-way traffic from south to north for motor vehicles;
4) The intersection of Tianhe Road and Longhe Road prohibits motor vehicles from turning left from west to north in a timely manner;
5) East of Dinglan Road, south of Tianhe Road, north of Linding Road, west of Dongfenggang Road and Tiandu Road (including boundary roads), yellow trucks are prohibited from passing.
3. Temporary traffic management measures around the Mid-Levels Cemetery.
From 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day from December 16 to 22, the following measures will be taken depending on the situation:
1) Banshan Road (Rolling Steel Road to Yunjin Road) implements one-way traffic for motor vehicles from south to north, and restricted vehicles should choose Rolling Steel Road, Kangqiao Road, Gongkang Road, Jinchang Road, and Beixiu Street to bypass;
2) Shen Ban Road (Linding Road to Banshan Road), Banshan Road (Rolling Steel Road to Yunjin Road), Linban Road (Banshan Road to Shitang Road), Rolling Steel Road, Kangqiao Road (Kangyuan Road to Banshan Road) are prohibited from yellow trucks.
4. Temporary traffic management measures around Anxianyuan Cemetery.
1) The south to north ramp of Qiushi Elevated Shugang Avenue is prohibited from motor vehicles (except for the cemetery sweeping bus line) depending on the situation, and the grave sweeping vehicles should choose the Qiushi Elevated Shitang Road off-ramp, Shitang Road, 320 National Highway and other surrounding roads in advance to detour;
2) National Highway 320 (Shitang Road to Qiushi North Road) prohibits yellow trucks.
5. Other temporary traffic management measures around the cemetery.
From December 16 to 22, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day, the following measures will be taken depending on the situation:
1) Cemeteries along Xixi Road. Bayonet measures are taken at the grave sweeping sites along Xixi Road to prohibit other motor vehicles other than those provided by local residents from enteringThe Xiaolongjuwu tomb adopts single-cycle traffic organization measures at the intersection of Xiaolongjuwu intersection and out of the West RoadXixi Road (Wantang Road to Tianmushan Road intersection) is closed to yellow trucks.
b) Belle Hill Cemetery. The roads around the cemetery will implement clockwise single-cycle emergency measures according to the situation, that is, Changjiang Road - Jingshan Road - Yuewang Road - Beauty Mountain Parking Lot into the cemetery area, Beauty Mountain Parking Lot - Tangyan Road - Yingcui Road out of the cemetery;Tangyan Road is closed to trucks.
c) Shanyi Cemetery. Tenglong Road is closed to yellow trucks.
The majority of traffic participants are requested to consciously abide by the provisions of this notice and obey the command of the on-site police and management personnel. The general public is requested to travel as far as possible and choose public transportation such as subways and buses.
