4. The foreign investment company needs to be consistent with the name of the enterprise and have been in operation for more than 1 year
5. After the name of the enterprise is changed, it cannot be the same as the name of the same industry in the municipal administrative district where it is located.

5. The foreign investment company needs to be consistent with the name of the enterprise and have been in operation for more than 1 year
6. After the change of the trade name of the enterprise, it cannot be the same as the trade name of the provincial administrative region where it is located.
That is to say, it is not that the name of the company cannot be applied for by the State Bureau, but it is necessary to meet the above conditions of the State Bureau, and it is more difficult to apply. It should be noted that after the rejection of the trade name submitted by yourself, it will increase the difficulty of applying for the same font size again, and the more rejections you have, the more difficult it will be.
