A blue sea creates a geographical isolation and closed environment on the island, which creates a natural barrier for the entry of high-quality educational resources. The teaching hardware facilities outside the island have been updated and iterated for several rounds, but the "original" blackboard and chalk are still used on the island.

At the same time of increasing investment, Jinzhou Primary School explores a new model of donating to schools, and gathers social forces to donate to schools. When I first arrived, the average age of the teachers in Jinzhou Primary School was 51 years old, and many of them had low academic qualifications and lacked young fresh energy. In terms of teacher training, Zhanjiang focuses on the training of island teachers and builds a platform for teacher exchanges.
