In the following more than a year, I called *** many times and mailed relevant information and evidence to ask for help to solve the matter, why has no one solved it so far?So I can only initiate a lawsuit, in the evidence issued by the Baoding Intermediate People's Court during the trial, Lu Mouxin, who signed and received the money on behalf of my family, said that there were relevant leaders who provided information on the land occupation route, and the compensation issued by the state was 350,000 yuan, but why did Lu Mouxin actually receive 280,000 yuan?Just ask, where did the difference of 70,000 go?
Why did the relevant departments never give an explanation for not notifying the land occupation and allowing others to receive compensation for my family?The basis for clearly stating the compensation amount in the "Land Use Compensation Entrustment Agreement" signed by the relevant departments of the town and Hebei Tianmou Gas Company is three tables (i.e., "Zhuozhou-Yongqing Summer Pipeline Zhuozhou City Linjiatun Section Ground Attachment Inventory Confirmation Table", "Zhuozhou-Yongqing Summer Pipeline Zhuozhou City Linjiatun Section Compensation Cost Statistical Table", "Zhuozhou-Yongqing Summer Pipeline Zhuozhou City Linjiatun Section Compensation Cost Settlement Table" But why did the relevant departments not produce the above three forms and their transfer records, but only took out the land occupation assessment form three years ago, and the property owner in the assessment form is not the real property owner?
In the "Zhuozhou-Yongqing Gas Pipeline Project Compensation Agreement" newly signed by the village committee and the unrelated third party Lu provided by the relevant departments, the compensation area listed in the area is 2,774 square meters, and the compensation amount is 207345 yuanThe actual land area is: up to 6 rows of trees in the north and south, (see below to occupy the land**) the row spacing is 3 meters, the width of the north and south covers a maximum of 18 meters, and the sufficient surplus is calculated according to the width of the land occupied by 30 meters, and the length of the land occupied by the east and west is 3628 meters, and the area is only 3628*30=1088 square meters, occupying a total of 168 trees. If the area of 2,774 square meters is true, then it means that the width of both sides of the natural gas pipeline buried at a depth of about 3 meters is 70 meters(2) At the same time, in the court trial record (see the figure below), the third party clearly stated that "more than 100 trees were actually destroyed, but the actual compensation was 483". These materials have proved that the compensation has been doubled, why is the floor area reported by the relevant departments different from the actual one?
In the evidence provided by the Intermediate People's Court at trial, the third party Lu Mouxin said that the compensation was 350,000 yuan, and if the relevant departments of the city and town can provide the data of the three tables and transfer records in the power of attorney, which are consistent with the above, the actual compensation amount is as much as 5 times the actual land occupation, is this a very serious and oversized amount of state compensation?I implore the relevant higher-level departments to pay attention to this matter, investigate it clearly, handle it impartially, find out the truth, and maintain the authority of the law and my legitimate rights and interests.
