The White House says they have run out of money to support Ukraine. At the EU leaders' summit, because of the opposition of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, the 50 billion euro aid plan for Ukraine was stillborn. It seems that Western aid to Ukraine has reached the point of exhaustion.
