The list of the first batch of provincial-level night-time cultural tourism consumption agglomeration areas shall be declared by the cultural and tourism departments of each city and state, and shall be determined after being studied by the party group of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and publicized. Since the opening of the first Provincial Tourism Development Conference, the scenic spot has quickly become a new landmark of cultural tourism in Zhangjiajie City with its unique architectural style, rich formats and novel activities, and has received 2.3 million tourists. Chenzhou, the host of the 2nd Provincial Tourism Development Conference, has two selections, namely Yuhou Street Historical and Cultural District, "Chenzhou Eight and a Half, Beihu Never Sleeps" Night Economic Cluster, the two places have been frequently out of the circle since the Tourism Development Conference was held, and during this year's Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, the passenger flow of Yuhou Street Historical and Cultural District reached 4980,000 people. The two selected sites in Changsha are the Beichen Binjiang Cultural Business District and the Liuyang City's "Flame Meets Liuyang River" cultural and tourism consumption cluster.

The Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism said that the purpose of holding this selection is to implement the spirit of the document "Several Policies and Measures of the General Office of Hunan Province on the Recovery and Expansion of Consumption in Hunan Province". Municipal cultural and tourism administrative departments need to increase policy and financial support, enrich cultural and tourism formats, optimize the supply of products and services, strengthen brand building, create a good consumption atmosphere, and promote the development of nighttime cultural tourism economy.
