Chen Baoshun also said that in the past 35 years, the Zeli Friendship Association has played a positive role, donating funds to build a large-scale Aofengyan tourist area in his hometown, building Fuze Park with Zeli Cultural Center as the main body, and completing the reconstruction project of Zeli Chen's ancestral hall in 2023, and has donated nearly 100 million yuan to make his hometown look new.

He also said that he would do his best to carry forward the fine tradition of the American Zeli Friendship Association, unite the villagers, do more practical things, and make the work of the association go to a higher level.
