The first thing to understand is how carbon deposits are generated
For example, driving at low speed and high gear for a long time makes the engine burn inadequately and is prone to carbon deposits. Gasoline oil is of inferior quality, and there are many impurities in gasoline, which form carbon deposits after combustion in the engine. The engine's carburetor is aging or damaged, causing gasoline to enter the engine for combustion without sufficient atomization, resulting in carbon deposits. Carbon deposits can also be caused by prolonged high-load driving, failure to change the air cleaner, inaccurate ignition or fuel supply times, low engine temperatures, poor valve and valve seat sealing, and prolonged engine idling.
Needless to say, the hazards of carbon deposits in engines, for exampleReducing engine power, increasing fuel consumption, poor acceleration, difficult to start the vehicle, unstable engine idling, excessive exhaust emissions, etc., can easily lead to engine failure over time.
There are several ways to remove carbon deposits from an engine, and here are some of the commonly used ones:
Hang the bottle: cut off the fuel supply, connect the carbon deposition cleaning agent to the engine fuel injector, and use the cleaning agent to soften the carbon deposition in the engine so that it is burned out, but this method is only suitable for slight carbon deposition, and the effect is not obvious for vehicles with serious carbon deposition.
Disassemble the engine intake manifold for cleaning: Remove the engine intake branch, and then scrape the stubborn carbon deposit, clean it and reload it, the effect is better.
Run long distances or high speeds: The vehicle produces almost no carbon deposits in the hot state, and at the same time, the high-speed engine can exhaust some of the carbon deposits.
Use fuel additives: Add the whole bottle of fuel additive to the tank before refueling. Generally, a bottle of fuel additives is used for 50-80 liter fuel tanks. Cleaning the carbon deposits in the oil circuit includes cleaning the fuel injector, combustion chamber, spark plug, throttle valve and other parts. The purpose is to solve the intractable problems such as insufficient horsepower, fuel consumption, wheezing, poor acceleration or difficulty in starting caused by carbon deposits, gum and dirt in the oil circuit system.
Use walnut sand to clean the carbon deposits: Walnut sand is the fine particles of walnut shell that have been processed. The principle of cleaning carbon deposition with walnut sand is to load walnut sand into the equipment, the equipment uses compressed air as the power, establishes the working pressure in the pressure tank through compressed air, presses the walnut sand into the sand pipe through the sand harvesting, sprays it out at high speed in the nozzle, and uses the scouring force of walnut sand to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
It should be noted that different methods of removing carbon deposits are suitable for different situations and degrees, and car owners should choose the appropriate method according to the specific situation.
