Kailash, known as the "King of the Sacred Mountains", is a famous sacred mountain in the Ali region and a dream for many cycling enthusiasts. Summer is the best season to ride Kailash, with the right weather and beautiful scenery. Here's a seven-day cycling guide to some of Kailash's best summers.

Day 1: Lhasa - Yangzhuo Yongcuo.

Depart from Lhasa in the morning and ride south along the G318 National Highway to arrive at Yangzhuo Yongcuo after about 4 hours. This is one of the three holy lakes, the lake is rippling, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, and the scenery is magnificent. Set up camp by the lake and enjoy the sunset and starry sky.

Day 2: Yang Zhuo Yongcuo - Lang Kazi.

Departing from Yangdro Yongcuo in the morning, continue riding south along G318 National Highway and arrive at Lang Kazi after about 5 hours. Along the way, you'll pass through beautiful idyllic scenery and Tibetan villages. Spend the night in Langkazi and experience the local Tibetan culture.

Day 3: Lang Kazi - Mount Gombhala - Kailash.

Departing from Langkazi in the morning, we will climb along a winding mountain road to the 5,200-meter-high pass of Mount Gambala. Here you can see the whole of Kailash. Then descend the mountain and ride along a gentle river valley to the town of Tachin at the foot of Mount Kailash. Stay here for one night and prepare to reach the summit the next day.

Day 4: Kailash - Mapanyongtso.

Depart from the town of Tachin in the morning and start riding Kailash's mountain turn. The trail winds its way up to the magnificent scenery of snow-capped mountains and lakes. After about 6 hours, we will arrive at the shores of Mapanyongcuo Lake, one of the largest lakes and one of the famous sacred lakes. Set up camp by the lake and enjoy a peaceful evening.

Day 5: Mapanyongcuo - Laang Tso.

Depart from Mapanyongcuo in the morning and continue riding the road to the mountain. Along the way, you will pass through several passes and beautiful lakes at an altitude of more than 5,000 meters. After about 8 hours, we will arrive at the shores of Lake Laang Tso. This is another beautiful lake with crystal clear water and surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Set up camp or stay overnight by the lake.

Day 6: Laang Tso - Namunani Peak - Tachin Town.

Depart from Laon in the morning and start the return journey. Along the way, you will pass through many beautiful snow-capped mountains and lakes such as Namunani Peak. Return to Tachin town after about 6 hours. Stay here for one night and enjoy the last night of peace.

Day 7: Taqin Town - Lhasa.

Depart from Taqin Town in the morning and cycle north along the G318 National Highway back to Lhasa. Along the way, you'll pass through beautiful idyllic scenery and Tibetan villages. After about 6 hours, we will arrive in Lhasa city and end the tour.
