Adjust the calculation method of the loan amount
The borrower and his wife used the housing provident fund loan to purchase the first commercial house in Hohhot for the first time, and the loanable amount of the housing provident fund loan was increased from 20 times to 25 times the balance of the personal provident fund account.
Adjust the method of guarantee for natural persons for loans
When depositing employees apply for commercial housing loans, business-to-public loans and non-local housing purchase loans at the center, if they are unable to use the loans to purchase housing or provide other properties that meet the mortgage requirements for mortgage guarantee, they can adopt the form of natural person guarantee guarantee in stages.
1) Requirements for the number of guarantors.
If the loan amount is less than 500,000 yuan (inclusive), one natural person can be selected to provide a guaranteeIf the loan amount is more than 500,000 yuan, two natural persons can be selected to provide guarantee.
2) Guarantor requirements.
The guarantor must be an on-the-job employee of an administrative institution who has paid the housing provident fund in full for more than 6 consecutive months, has a normal housing provident fund account, has no provident fund loan and guarantee liability, has the ability to repay all the principal and interest of the provident fund loan and related expenses agreed in the loan contract on behalf of the borrower, and has a good credit record, and the guarantor cannot withdraw the housing provident fund in his account during the guarantee period.
Adjust the policy of business-to-business loans
The requirement that the commercial mortgage loan for the housing purchased when applying for a business-to-business loan must be repaid normally for more than one year must be abolished.
