Before the meeting, the participants successively inspected the comprehensive land improvement projects of four pilot villages, including Zhengxiang Village, Qiankuxinghu Village, Yishan Dongjiao Village and Wangli Beiao Village. Through the investigation, we will have an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of the relevant work, guide and mobilize the townships and towns in the county to learn from each other, see the results, dig deep into the stock resources, increase the rectification efforts, and truly break the problem through the beginning of the pilot villages, and further accelerate the overall progress on the surface. It is reported that Cangnan cross-township comprehensive land consolidation is one of the first batch of cross-township comprehensive land consolidation projects in the province, and it is also the only such project in Wenzhou. The project involves 63 administrative villages in 4 townships and towns in the eastern area, including Jinxiang, Qianku, Yishan and Wangli, and the remediation area is about 2190,000 acres, with a total investment of about 7 billion yuan, in accordance with the goal of "5 years of tasks to be completed in 3 years", it is planned to implement 166 projects of "three rectifications and one restoration" (village, inefficient land and agricultural land renovation and ecological restoration), and it is expected to replace and demolish about 1 old residences40,000 units, about 500 inefficient factories are remediated, and the balance of construction land index can be 1,130 acres after remediation. 
The promotion of this work is of great significance to the improvement of cultivated land quality, rural common prosperity, and urban-rural integration development. Since being selected as a pilot project, Cangnan has set up a special work class, integrated the three forces of "state-owned enterprises, departments, and townships", established a working mechanism of "group and joint village", divided and directly inserted into the front line at the village level, guided the formulation of "one village, one policy", strengthened the publicity and guidance of the arrangement, and achieved "problem discovery on the front line, appeal solution on the front line, and difficulty resolution on the front line", accelerated the promotion of housing signing and demolition, and promoted the rectification work in an orderly and effective manner.

Calculate the capital accounts of the people, village communities and state-owned enterprises, further innovate work methods, diversify and expand fund raising channels, and ensure the balance of project implementation funds and the sustainability of project promotion.
