Make production smarter
At the gate of Chengdu Fengke Biotechnology's first factory, the reporter saw various data indicators such as temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide concentration on a large screen. These data are transmitted back in real time by the probes hidden in the factory, and automatically analyzed, and then automatic operations such as refrigeration, humidification, and ventilation are carried out according to the corresponding growth.
Our edible fungi are all intelligently cultivated, and go through 10 major processes such as material preparation, skin loading, sterilization, and inoculation, involving more than 100 indicators in the whole process. The person in charge of the company told reporters that Fengke base, as the world's largest single edible mushroom intelligent factory, has an annual output of more than 35,000 tons of mushrooms, which are not only sold well in China, but also exported to 57 countries around the world. However, while the surge in orders, there are also problems such as unscientific production planning, inadequate production monitoring, and lagging logistics methods. In 2021, Qingbaijiang District and Huawei jointly established the Huawei (Chengdu) Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Center, which is committed to the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the construction of digital factory demonstration benchmarks in the district. In order to achieve high-quality development, Chengdu Fengke took the initiative to apply to become the first batch of digital transformation enterprises in the Huawei Innovation Center.
By using Huawei's "tailor-made" integrated, standardized, and intelligent platform management system, Chengdu Fengke realizes "digitalization" in multiple dimensions of production plan management, equipment management, quality management, personnel management, and exception management, and ultimately achieves the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. "After the digital transformation, our base has achieved a 25% increase in the operation efficiency of warehousing materials, a 40% reduction in the rate of defective products, and a 20% increase in production capacity, while effectively solving the 'black box' problem in the production process of the factory, realizing the visualization and controllability of the production process, and improving the data integrity by 80%. In 2023, the district will also support the Huawei (Chengdu) Intelligent Manufacturing Center to carry out inclusive digital diagnosis for enterprises and "cloud data empowerment" services. At present, there are more than 80 door-to-door service enterprises, more than 100 enterprise informatization demand points, and the first batch of 4 digital empowerment projects organized and implemented by it have been fully completed and accepted. The second batch of digital empowerment projects and inclusive cloud applications have also been fully launched.
In addition, the zone also relies on carrier resources such as Liansheng Siemens Chengdu-Chongqing Digital Internet of Things Empowerment Center and SAP (Sichuan) Industry Empowerment Center to form a complete digital service chain of evaluation, diagnosis, transformation, construction and service, attracting digital service enterprises to settle in online and transform transactions, and a total of 1,050 new cloud enterprises have been added.
Make the park smarter

In April 2023, the Chengdu International Inland Port Smart Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Inland Port Platform") was officially launched, and the application of dozens of intelligent scenarios has increased the operation efficiency of import and export cargo ports by more than 40%.
The inland port platform has been optimized in many aspects such as system intelligence, operation interactivity and mobile APP functionality, and has successfully connected to the customs-related information system. The relevant person in charge of Chengdu International Inland Port Operation told reporters, "Before, many procedures need to be handled by operators on site, and after the inland port platform is put into operation, 158 data integration and interaction between customs, trains and stations will be realized." Chengdu Dahai Industrial Park, which is more than 10 kilometers away from Chengdu International Railway Port, has also relied on a new generation of information technology to plug in "digital wings". The park is one of the top ten logistics innovation parks in China, with an annual storage throughput capacity of more than 18 million tons. Here, there are more than 2,000 vehicles entering the park to pick up goods every day, and more than 60,000 tons of goods travel between Qingbaijiang and other cities every day.
Walking into Chengdu Dahai Dispatching Center, I saw a large electronic screen showing the whole picture of the park, which is the digital twin platform of Dahai Smart Industrial Park. The platform links more than 20 online platforms such as Jiwei Steel and Jiwei Transportation Network, and accesses more than 500 high-definition cameras, covering warehousing, processing, transportation and other fields, and coordinates all aspects of production, management, operation, security and other aspects of the park.
According to the staff, once the personnel and vehicles enter the park, they will enter the scope of safety supervision, if the vehicle is overloaded and speeding, the personnel cross the production area cordon, or when the train comes to grab the railway crossing, etc., the system will automatically identify and warn. In the digital twin map, the location of the vehicle or person can be tracked, and the information can be pushed to the dispatch center, where the dispatch center staff will verify and dispose of it on the spot, and the disposal information will be fed back on the dispatching screen to complete the closed loop.
In terms of smart warehousing, the basic information such as the ex-factory, weight, and specifications of more than 10 kinds of bulk commodities such as hot coils, cold coils, and square steels in the park, as well as the storage cycle and special requirements, are sorted out and archived in the system, and in accordance with the park management business process, a smart warehouse management system integrating functions such as Internet of Things monitoring, intelligent analysis, and intelligent linkage has been built.
Last year, Qingbaijiang District actively promoted the all-round integrated development of Micro IoT and Chengdu Dahai, seized the important opportunity of digital transformation, and made greater contributions to the high-quality development of the industry and industry.
