With the PQ3198 power quality analyzer, you can measure the maintenance, operation inspection and troubleshooting data of the inverter at the same time with one instrument in the field.
Essentials. The power quality analyzer PQ3198 is used to measure power frequencies (50 60Hz), but the output of the inverter can also be measured in the following frequency ranges.
Fundamental frequency: 40 70hz carrier frequency: 20kHz
All inverter-related data can be measured at the same time, such as voltage and current rms value, voltage and current fundamental value, inrush current, power, efficiency, electrical energy, harmonics, higher harmonics (80kHz), etc.
With a DC three-phase inverter, it is also possible to measure efficiency with one instrument.
For more accurate measurements of the drive, we recommend using a power analyzer PW6001 or PW3390. The voltage rms of the power analyzer and power quality analyzer PQ3198 vary depending on the measurement frequency band (influence of the harmonic composition of the carrier frequency). The current rms and power values are close (because the current waveform is close to the fundamental).
