All three options are clearly problematic, lack good faith and may not be paid on time. It is estimated that employees may eventually be forced to accept the outcome of the arrival, because it is difficult to guarantee the payment of wages now, and even the matter of the arrival has already begun. Employees who have previously left the company are still facing unpaid wages and unresolved severance compensation.
