500 g lamb (diced).
2 potatoes (diced).
1 onion (diced).
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2 slices of ginger (shredded).
2 red peppers (minced).
2 slices of dried chili peppers (can be increased or decreased according to taste).
2 tablespoons cooking oil.
1 tbsp light soy sauce.
1 tbsp dark soy sauce.
1 tbsp cooking wine.
1 tablespoon ginger powder.
1 2 teaspoons cumin powder.
1 2 teaspoons allspice powder.
1 2 teaspoons pepper.
Salt to taste.
Steps:1Heat the cooking oil in a wok and fry the lamb until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
2.Add the onion, garlic cloves, ginger shreds, red pepper and dried chili peppers in the same pot and stir-fry until fragrant.
3.Add the fried lamb and continue to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
4.Add the potato wedges and stir-fry well.
5.Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger powder, cumin powder, five-spice powder and pepper and stir well.
6.Add enough water to submerge the lamb and potatoes. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the meat is cooked and the potatoes are tender.
7.Add an appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste and stir well.
