Units: Our university and Peking University live next to each other, and the close exchanges and cooperation between the two universities are not only the common aspiration of the teachers, students and staff of the two universities for a long time, but also of great significance to promote the construction of "double first-class" between the two universities. Recently, the two schools reached an agreement through friendly negotiation that from January 1, 2024, teachers and students of the two schools will achieve smooth communication.
Combined with the actual situation of campus management, the school gates of the two schools implement an inspection and passage system. The two schools will exchange identity verification information, and those who enter the school can walk or ride into the school after passing the verification at the school gate. The scope of the unimpeded communication is for working staff and students (student ID cards, work ID cards and campus card holders). The school will provide the other party with the authority to verify the ID card information after the consent of the person, and gradually realize the long-term identity reporting.
Before the exchange of information verification permissions, teachers and students of our school can enter each other's campus with the new version of student ID, work card, and campus card through manual verification. Before and after the winter vacation, the school will promote the opening of the ID card verification function according to the progress of system development. Posts 1 to 6 of the teaching office area and the family area in the southwest area of the school will no longer check the documents for the passage of faculty, staff and residents under daily circumstances, and the residents and visitors of the campus will enter the school from the south gate, the southwest gate and the nearest school gate after reporting.
