It is a great honor for me to be here today to share with you my view that China's income distribution has reached the brink of extreme inequalityI guess that's a question that none of us can avoid. As a migrant worker who has been fighting at the forefront of the construction industry for a long time, I think the importance of this issue is self-evident.

First, we need to understand what an unfair distribution of income is. Unfair income distribution refers to the fact that people have different proportions and shares in production, distribution, circulation and consumption. Specifically, it includes the unfair distribution of income between urban and rural areas, the unfair regional distribution between the east and the west, the unfair income distribution in the industry, and the income distribution gap between and within enterprises. All these factors may lead to differences in people's living standards, which will affect the stability and development of society.

Second, we need to analyze the current state of income distribution in China. In recent years, with economic development and social progress, China's income gap has gradually widened. This is mainly manifested in the following aspects: First, the income gap between urban and rural areas is widening;Second, the income gap between regions is also gradually wideningThird, the income gap between industries is becoming more and more obvious;Fourth, the income gap between the powerful and the people at the bottom is huge, and there is a difference between the clouds and mud, and the income gap between the classes has also shown a trend of continuous expansion. These issues require our great attention, which is manifested in the following ways.

1. Urban-rural gap:The speed and level of economic development between urban and rural areas are very different. Cities often attract a large number of resources and talents due to their geographical location, policy tilt and industrial agglomeration effect, resulting in a widening income gap between urban and rural residents.

2. Regional differences:China has a vast land and abundant resources, and the economic development conditions, policy environment, and resource endowments of various regions are different. With its geographical advantages and policy support, the eastern coastal region has developed rapidly, while the central and western regions have lagged behind. This has led to a gradual widening of income disparities between regions.

3. Inequality between industriesThe income gap between different industries is also quite significant. For example, in high-tech industries such as finance and IT, the income of practitioners is generally higher due to their high added value and high profits. However, some traditional industries, such as agriculture and some manufacturing industries, have relatively low incomes due to their low added value.

4. The gap between classesThe income gap between social classes is even more staggering. The magnates, by virtue of their power and resources, are often able to obtain huge amounts of wealth. At the bottom, people at the bottom often fall into poverty due to lack of resources and opportunities. This income gap between classes has become an important aspect of social inequality in our country.

Finally, we need to solve the current problems of income distribution in China. First, we should strengthen policy guidance to promote economic development and social progressSecond, we should promote educational equity and improve the quality and ability of workersThird, we should also improve the social security system to ensure the basic living needs of low-income groupsFinally, we should also strengthen the supervision and restraint of the elite to prevent them from obtaining benefits through improper means.

In short, China's income distribution has reached the brink of extreme inequality. We need to carefully analyze the causes and current situation and take effective measures to solve them. Only in this way can social justice and steady development be achieved.
