3) From October 26, 2004 to August 26, 2006, the "Fuzhou City People's Notice on Cleaning Up and Rectifying Illegal Construction" was issued before the issuance of the non-property rights house, if the agreement is signed and relocated within the contract period, the subsidy can be given according to the replacement price of the house with different structures combined into a new rate, and a 50% relocation reward will be given at the replacement price combined with the new rate.

6. Other incentive mechanisms

2) If the expropriated person signs a contract and relocates and delivers the house within the contract period, the office building, factory building, storage space and other non-residential buildings will be given an early relocation reward of no more than 100 yuan per square meter according to the confirmed area.

VII. Supplementary Provisions

1) The compensation for non-residential houses and houses without property rights built between October 26, 2004 and August 26, 2006 shall be implemented in accordance with the standard of Rong Zheng Ban No. 2013 No. 100. If the assessee chooses the overall location assessment method for valuation, the compensation for the secondary decoration project shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Rong Zhengban No. 100 2013.

8. Duration of the contract

9. Handling measures for relocation beyond the contract period

2. 3. 10. Housing relocation procedures
