Liu BaishanHe was born in Yiyang County, Henan Province in 1964. Settled in Zhengzhou City. He is a member of the China Democratic League, a national first-class artist, and a member of the Henan Artists Association. He is currently the director of the Henan Branch of the ** Academy of Fine Arts of the China Democratic League, a member of the Zhengdong New District General Branch of the Zhengzhou Municipal Committee of the Democratic League, the vice president of the Beijing Lev Painting Institute, a member of the Peking University Alumni Association, a member of the Peking University School of Arts, a painter in the tutor studio of the School of Arts of Peking University, a painter in the tutor studio of the Beijing Rongbaozhai Painting Institute, and a professor in the training center of the Chinese Painters Association.
