2. Dust removal from the crusher

The method of dust removal of the crusher is to close the crusher, control the source of the dust, install a dust collector and water spray device, and clean and collect coal dust in time. The substructure of the crusher will carry some air into the coal chute because of the fall of the coal, which will form a high wind pressure at the outlet, so that the dust will gush out quickly.

3. Dust removal of belt conveyor

Causes of dust in belt conveyor: on the one hand, the main reason is that the working face of the raw coal belt is not completely scraped under the action of the cleaner, resulting in the coal sticking to the working face, and the friction between the sticky coal and the roller leads to the generation of dustOn the other hand, when the instantaneous large flow of the coal conveying tape or the belt deviates, and the skin of the guard plate has problems, it will also cause some materials to spill.
