2.Simmering method: Put the mulberry tea bag into a thermos cup, add boiling water, and simmer for 1 hour before drinking. This method is not as effective as cooking, but it is easy to use when you are out and about. Due to the limited capacity of the thermos cup, it is recommended to put a small amount of mulberry yellow to avoid waste.
3.Porridge cooking method: Cook mulberry yellow with cereals and beans to make porridge.
