Unexpectedly, in December, the music scene became lively.
The singers who have been holding back for several years have all seen the right time to hold concerts, so there are endless news about the singers' concerts.
For example, after Lin Junjie held a concert, he spent a lot of money to learn dance, but he was edited and spoofed by netizens, and Lin Junjie posted a suspected response to this, asking these people to "don't come to my concert next time", and said that it was not funny and disrespectful.
But there is one that has more attention than Lin Junjie, that is, *** has held many concerts in a row, which was originally unlimited and made a lot of money, but he never thought that the revelation of a blogger pushed *** to the cusp.
The incident originated from a blogger named "Acoustics" who posted his friend's authentic and false singing identification of the *** Shanghai concert**, and accidentally found that 12 songs were identified, of which five songs were fake singing.
If it is screened according to the sound effect and sound field, or the time value of the voice and the picture, then there will be a large screen delay, but the professional equipment extracts the vocals in the mixing software, and after judging by the lines of the audio track, it can directly prove whether the *** is a real full-open microphone at the concert, or lip-syncing.
This incident sparked a heated debate among fans, among which the audience who bought tickets in the front row bluntly said that they spent the most expensive money, and what they heard at the scene was lip-p-notching.
And the fans are also divided into three camps, one is more reasonable, thinking that if it is lip-syncing, it will be punished as it should be.
There is also a neutral one, thinking that when you are older, the half-open microphone mat sound is normal, and there is a wave of fans who don't care whether they are lip-syncing or not, and the main thing is a sense of participation.
If it's just a debate between the whistleblower and the fans, then this matter may not have any impact on ***, after all, in the ever-changing Internet, wave after wave of news impact, it is only a matter of time before everyone forgets.
But the nature of lip-syncing itself is bad, especially this kind of paid concert.
With the response of the China Performing Arts Association, it said that it has paid attention and is waiting for the results of the cultural law enforcement department, which means that fake singing is not just a ** incident.
As for whether *** is lip-syncing, everyone has different opinions, but judging from the identification method and results, the possibility of whitewashing is very small.
When identifying whether it is a lip-synch, the appraiser will put a fixed skewer song in professional software for comparison, and it is three different performances, namely Hong Kong on April 23, Bird's Nest on May 28, and Shanghai on November 21.
Obviously, they are different times and different spaces, but when you listen to the same song from these three concerts, the audio is exactly the same.
You must know that there are many items that are disturbed in a concert, even if the same person sings the same song, it may not be able to even distinguish the sound and breath, even if the vibrato is the same, it is almost a real hammer for fake singing.
Although in these concerts, ** also has real singing tracks, as long as there is a song that is sung falsetto, the nature immediately changes.
According to Article 28 of the Regulations on the Administration of For-profit Performances, actors must not deceive the audience with fake singing, the organizer must not organize actors to perform falset-singing, and no unit or individual may provide conditions for the performance of fake singing, and the organizer shall send special personnel to supervise the performance to prevent the occurrence of fake singing.
Article 47 of the Regulations also stipulates that those who deceive the audience by lip-synching and provide conditions for actors to perform false-to-lip singing will be fined the performance organizers, theatrical performance groups, actors, etc., among which those who falset-sing and deceive the audience will be fined not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan.
For ***, the economic punishment after being identified as a fake singing is not large, after all, this time they held concerts in many places, and the Shanghai venue alone successfully attracted more than 600 million yuan, even if they were punished like this, there was no substantial loss for them.
But what affects *** is word-of-mouth, which will directly determine whether the audience is willing to pay for the lip-syncing group. Judging from the response released by the official account of *** brokerage company, the Paris concert will be presented in the form of a live broadcast of the whole process, but there is no mention of the recent controversy.
And this response is also difficult not to be interpreted as a live broadcast next time, and it will definitely be sung, but whether it was a real singing or a fake singing before, I don't plan to make a positive response.
In fact, if there is no lip-synching, but real singing, the sentence "the clean will clear themselves" can completely end this ** crusade under the condition of proving their innocence, and it will inevitably be beneficial and harmless for its follow-up concerts.
However, this response is the same as not saying, and it also said that the next time it will be broadcast live, it means that there is no silver three hundred taels here.
But avoiding the important and not responding does not mean that this matter can be brushed aside. According to the analysis of a lawyer, if the concert is determined to be a fake singing, then the consumer can report it through administrative channels, and after confirming the fact of its violation, the consumer can sue the fake singer for breach of contract and demand a refund and compensation.
Then, it is not only the fine that is waiting for ***, but also the possibility of returning the money earned intact, or even more compensation.
And seeing that the China Performing Arts Association finally made a move on *** lip-synching, Han Hong's words can be regarded as fulfilled. She once publicly stated in an interview program that she was very disgusted with the phenomenon of lip-syncing.
The reason was that Han Hong sang a song in the show, but before the treble came out, the sound engineer directly helped Han Hong to pad the treble.
In Han Hong's view, as a professional singer, you can't sing it, let alone sing it, because what you eat is this bowl of rice. For other celebrities, it may be understandable to help singers reduce their burden through technical means, but professional singers can't use this method.
As a professional singer, Han Hong is obviously much more conscious than some singers who try to find an easy way or disrespect the audience, she said the simplest and easy-to-understand truth in the most simple words, that is, the audience buys tickets to see if you really sing, if you fake singing, don't hold a concert.
This time, the lip-syncing incident made a lot of noise, although there was no result in the end, but ***, who didn't even dare to give a positive response, has almost confirmed the rumors of lip-syncing, and the result is likely to be that the concert will really not be held.
Sit back and wait for the results of the Chinese performance coordination investigation, don't let the audience spend money in vain to listen to the "prefabricated dishes" concert, this kind of chaos should really be rectified.
Do you think *** has a lip-synching?Would you like to support a singer who is lip-synching?
