This time, a total of 92 ** companies participated in the evaluation of the practice quality of bond business. According to the "Measures for the Evaluation of the Practice Quality of ** Corporate Bond Business", the evaluation results are divided into three categories: A, B and C, and ** companies that have obtained ** underwriting business qualifications for less than three years and have not carried out corporate bond underwriting and fiduciary management business during the evaluation period do not participate in the evaluation. Judging from the evaluation results,The evaluation result of 14 brokerages such as CITIC ** is A;Everbright** and other 60 brokerage firms were evaluated by B;18 brokerages rated the result as C. 14 brokerages were rated as Class A
This practice quality evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation of the corporate bond business of each participating company in 2022, and at the same time appropriately takes into account the impact of major violations of some ** companies after the evaluation period and before the release of the evaluation results. According to the Measures for the Evaluation of the Practice Quality of ** Corporate Bond Business, the evaluation results are divided into three categories: A, B and C, and the division of their categories mainly reflects the relative level of compliance and internal control, practice quality and service ability of the participating ** corporate bond business, and does not involve the evaluation of the credit status and business qualifications of the ** company. The evaluation result is 14 securities firms with Class A ratingThere are not only leading brokers, but also small and medium-sized brokerages with characteristic business advantages of bonds, specifically:Anxin**, Caixin**, Great Wall**, Yangtze River**, GF**, Guojin**, China Development Bank**, Guotai Junan, Huatai United, Ping An**, Shenwan Hongyuan, Xingye**, CICC, CITIC** (in alphabetical order of company name, in no particular order). Practice quality evaluation is an important way to motivate and restrain ** companies to improve the practice level of bond underwriting and fiduciary management. In the next step, under the guidance of the regulatory authorities, the association will promote the best companies to better play the role of "gatekeepers" and promote the high-quality development of the bond market. According to the work deployment of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, in accordance with the "Guiding Opinions on Improving the Practice Quality of Intermediary Bond Business under the Registration System" and the relevant arrangements for the transfer of corporate bond issuance review responsibilities, in July this year, the Association revised and issued the "Measures for the Evaluation of the Practice Quality of ** Corporate Bond Business", and organized the evaluation of the practice quality of ** corporate bond business in 2023. Corporate bonds will be included in the evaluation in the following yearIn July this year, the "Measures for the Evaluation of the Practice Quality of Corporate Bond Business" was revised, further focusing on the connotation and requirements of improving the practice quality of bond business under the registration system, comprehensively optimizing the evaluation index system, and realizing the all-round and full-chain supervision and evaluation of the practice of ** corporate bonds. The Measures for the Evaluation of the Practice Quality of Corporate Bond Business adhere to the problem-oriented, highlight the equal emphasis on supervision and market guidance, and aim to promote the first company to strengthen the standardized management of the whole process of bond business, and further consolidate the "gatekeeper" responsibility of the first company under the registration system. In accordance with the idea of unifying corporate bonds and corporate bonds and promoting coordinated development, the Measures for the Evaluation of the Practice Quality of Corporate Bond Business have been revised to include the classification and evaluation of corporate bond intermediaries to achieve unified standardization. In accordance with the transitional period arrangement for the transfer of corporate bond responsibilities, the practice evaluation standards, work processes and mechanisms of corporate bond intermediaries in 2023 will remain unchanged, and relevant work is being promoted.
