Standing in the new stage of the industry shifting from high growth rate to high-quality development, on how to create a "first-class era" of the e-sports industry, he said that e-sports content producers should make efforts from four aspects: implementing the requirements of the competent authorities, respecting market rules, meeting the needs of competition, and creating high-quality masterpieces, and further deepen the structural reform of the supply side of content productionIt is necessary to rely on the China E-sports Industry Research Institute, focus on the whole industry chain, pay close attention to standards and research, actively investigate industry trends, solve problems with perfect industrial standards, and constantly broaden the application scenarios of standard achievements and research resultsIt is necessary to consciously practice the cultural mission, continuously enhance the national cultural soft power and the influence of Chinese culture through the popularity and dissemination of e-sports culture at home and abroad, strengthen the international communication capacity of e-sports, and form an international discourse power that matches the international status of e-sports in China.

Tang Jiajun, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Audio-video and Digital Publishing Association, Secretary-General of the Game Working Committee, and Chairman of the E-sports Working Committee, released the "2023 China E-sports Industry Report" at the conference. He said that in order to better present the development law of the e-sports industry, provide a more scientific data reference, and deeply integrate with the global e-sports industry, the industrial income of the "2023 China E-sports Industry Report" removes the revenue data of e-sports game products in accordance with the statistical caliber of international practice, and comprehensively explains the overall situation of China's e-sports industry in 2023 from seven aspects: actual industry income, user scale, gameplay type, number of events, event distribution, club distribution, and e-sports going overseas. The report shows that China's e-sports industry is further pursuing high-quality development, showing a trend of standardization, mainstreaming, and internationalization. In 2023, the actual revenue of China's e-sports industry will be 263500 million yuan, the user scale is 48.8 billion people, with the increase in offline events and the increase in attention, the revenue of e-sports events and clubs will increase year-on-year in 2023, but the overall revenue will show a downward trend due to factors such as the decline in live broadcast revenue of e-sports content.

Liu Zhao, Director General of the Asian Electronic Sports Federation and member of the Membership and External Affairs Committee of the Hong Kong (China) Football Association, delivered a keynote speech on the topic of "Gathering Enthusiasm: The Journey from the Asian Games to the Future". He introduced the efforts, achievements and important role played by the Asian Electronic Sports Federation (AESF) as an intercontinental sports association in promoting the development of e-sports. In terms of international large-scale events, AESF has made plans and ideas to promote the development of the e-sports industry, and hopes to jointly promote the development of e-sports through cooperation with manufacturers and third-party institutions, so that more people can understand and participate in e-sports. At the same time, AESF is also actively developing new models and directions for the future development of e-sports, providing more ideas and directions for the future development of the e-sports industry.

Hou Miao, Vice President of Tencent Games and General Manager of Tencent E-sports, shared the theme of "Precipitating Asian Games Experience, Unleashing China's Power, and Embracing New Changes in International E-sports". Hou Miao said that while e-sports officially appeared on the continental stage and China won 4 golds and 1 bronze to top the Asian Games e-sports medal list, it also showed the world that e-sports, as the "most potential emerging sports industry", is developing with standardized and high-quality development. As a Chinese manufacturer and an active participant in international e-sports, Tencent will focus on promoting the construction of special e-sports competitions with national team participation, such as the e-sports Asian CupAnd with IP as the core, we will accelerate the construction of the event system and culture. Under the strong guidance of the competent authorities, we will work with ecological partners to promote Chinese e-sports to new heights on a global scale.

Jin Yibo, Deputy General Manager of the K6 Cooperation Department of Tencent Interactive Entertainment and CEO of Tengjing Sports, shared the theme of "Advocating the Order of E-sports and Conveying a Positive Spirit". He introduced that over the years, Tengjing Sports has been committed to advocating the order of e-sports in various events and conveying the sportsmanship of "hard work, never give up, and teamwork".Produce all kinds of promotional videos and documentaries, encourage contestants to accept mainstream interviews, and convey positive spirit with the power of example. At the same time, Tengjing continues to improve ecological management and alliance rules, holds various special trainings every year to improve the ability of ecological practitioners, and promotes the construction of a scientific competition and training system with all parties, and pays attention to the health of players. Le Kedeng, Honorary President of the Hong Kong E-sports Association, President of Chengdu E-sports Association, and Chairman of the Group of Hong Kong, China, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Promoting Cooperation and Multi-dimensional Evolution of Multiple Resonances through Competition". He introduced that AG, as one of the earliest clubs in China, has won 2 gold medals in world-class games, 25 world championships and 110 national championships in the past 24 years of development. In terms of ecological research on the e-sports industry, he believes that the e-sports industry map can be divided into game e-sports, high-tech e-sports and cultural tourism e-sports.
