The first part of the exchange was "let the school know about the enterprise". Therefore, Mr. Jiang introduced the profile of Yuetong Group - a comprehensive service platform with Jiangsu Yuetong Certified Public Accountants as the core, providing a series of comprehensive professional services such as finance, taxation, legal affairs, human resources, asset evaluation, project cost, logistics and customs. In particular, the Group's leading green development consulting services were introduced, and the social responsibility of green development was exchanged. In addition, she also led everyone to visit the office environment and convey the corporate values and corporate culture. She said that as a comprehensive company, Yuetong Group has withstood the test of the economic downturn, still maintains recruitment needs, and is willing to provide more practical Xi and employment opportunities for the college. At present, our school has sent 7 regular employees and 5 Xi students to Yuetong Group.
The second part of the exchange was "let the school understand the talent needs of the enterprise". Therefore, regarding the cultivation of students, Jiang Dong also put forward requirements from the perspective of enterprises. First, the teaching of colleges and universities should be combined with the times. The curriculum of the university is out of touch with the times, the backward cases are no longer applicable, the new theories and tools have not been updated, so the talents cultivated are not keeping pace with the times, and one of the innovations in college teaching is to add some new tools that can be used in practice in the curriculum to enhance the competitiveness of students. Second, teaching in colleges and universities should be combined with practice. Students need to be honed in practice, calling for the combination of theoretical courses and practical courses, and the innovation of practical courses, the combination of practical teaching and students' professional characteristics, so as to better guide students to serve the society with what they have learned in their majors, and cultivate talents who understand business and logic better.
