·1. Working conditions

The voltage AC380V, the power is 1KW, and the three-phase four-wire system (three live wires and one zero wire).

Each laboratory needs to be equipped with 1 2 grounding points (safety ground and signal ground).

Normal temperature and normal pressure operation.

Water: The device comes with a stainless steel water tank, which is connected to tap water. During the experiment, it enters the test pipeline through the centrifugal pump and is recycled.

Second, the purpose of the experiment

1. Fully understand the structure and characteristics of centrifugal pumps, and be familiar with the working methods and operation processes of centrifugal pumps.

2. Be familiar with all kinds of pipe fittings and valves that make up pipelines, and understand the working principles of local display instruments such as temperature, pressure, electric power, flow rate and speed.

3. Measure the pump characteristic curve between the head (h), shaft power (n) and efficiency ( ) of the pump ( ) and the flow rate (q) of the pump under the condition of constant speed.

4. Change the speed of the centrifugal pump to measure the pump characteristic curve between the head (h), shaft power (n) and efficiency (n) and the flow rate (q) of the pump.

5. Master the method of multiple regression, regression (h-q, -q, n-q) relationship curve.
