1. First of all, we must do a good job of psychological construction for ourselves and set up a "determination to win".
Only with the "determination to win" can we succeed, and this is true for exams, for exam editors, and for everything. Most teachers are tired or irritated when revising, but if you are always determined and have a clear mind, then you will do everything you can to achieve it.
Here's a little advice for you, if the student's review effect is not satisfactory, don't be angry to the point of rotten, but quickly think about how to solve it (there will be some specific practices of mine in the following notes). If you can do that, you're already better than other teachers.
2. Continue to pour chicken soup to students. Because students spend up to two or three weeks reviewing and have heavy tasks every day, they feel very tired, and many students don't want to revise at all. So chicken broth is needed, and it's chicken broth on a continuous basis.
So how do I make chicken soup?
First of all, I will have a mobilization meeting before the review, and then ask the students to write down their target scores in the math book, just like the college entrance examination mobilization meeting.
Every review class, I would keep complimenting them on rainbow farts. For example: I like to take lessons with you very much, it is a pleasure to teach you, you are in a good state, the teacher's state is better, you are so good that I will be in a good mood all day today, you are so sensible and know that I feel sorry for the teacher's hard work, balabala ......If you think about it, the other teachers basically yelled at them during the review stage, and you liked them from the bottom of your heart in every class, so which course would they be more willing to take?
When the condition is not good, pour chicken soup in time. For example, talk about the sense of collective honor, talk about the outstanding classmates in the class, talk about the love of parents, talk about the growth experience and experience of teachers, and then talk about the future ...... of studentsI found that the students enjoyed listening to the teacher's own experience, and every time I told the students about my experiences and ideas, the students listened to me.
The second experience is to analyze the military situation of friendly forces and the learning situation of one's own students, and set goals.
1. First of all, find out the level of other classes, and then analyze what level your class needs to reach to surpass them. Accurate to the number of passing people and the number of excellent people, the peak competition is often only a little bit different.
2. Then analyze the level of students in your class. Which ones are completely impossible to pass?Can all other students be excellent?Have you ever underestimated the potential of certain students?
3. When setting goals, be sure to set as high as possible, don't feel impossible!"Seek the above, and get it;"If you don't set your goals high enough at the beginning, then your motivation and students' motivation won't be too great, and the end result will only be worse than you expected."
My goal is to keep 70 to 80 in addition to the students who are completely impossible to pass, and the students who are on the verge of passing. In the end, the results of the examination were almost the goal, and there were only a few errors in performance.
