In addition to work, there are many components of life, and the high income brought by working hours will inevitably encroach on other spaces.

All companies and employees who work overtime every day actually indicate that there is a problem with human resource allocation. In the long run, there can be problems with strategy.

In the factory before, the workshop was running in four shifts and three times, and people stopped non-stop. That is, 24 hours a day, every 8 hours a shift, there is a shift of workers working. In addition to these three shifts, there is also a shift off.

Even in this way, although it is only 8 hours and there is no overtime, the way of reversing day and night is unbearable.

Later, I also saw three shifts and two runs, and one shift for 12 hours. There is also a 16-hour shift.

The longer the time, the higher the salary and the greater the intensity.

No matter how big the factory is, it has not run out of this logic, but the division of labor is different and the operation mode is different.

There really is so much work, and large factories can increase manpower, day and night. People who are willing to stay up late can meet the requirements of the post, and the Chinese population can definitely meet them.

Why not?

The perception of Internet companies, to be honest, is sometimes anti-human.

At first, Didi didn't limit the amount of time drivers could drive, thinking it would be fine to drive 24 hours a day.

Meituan doesn't think riders need to take a break in between, and feels that they are willing to pick up and deliver goods all the time.

ByteDance doesn't think it's problematic to push news to users by analyzing their logic, that's what they want.

The logic of anti-humanity will naturally be the same in the use of people.

On the contrary, the factory will also consider rotating shifts, and three shifts and three operations can also be used, and two shifts are fine. A group is absolutely anti-human, but they have discovered people's greed.

The boss is greedy for cheap, and the fewer people who use it, the less the relative expenditure;

Employees are greedy for income, and the more work they do, the more money they make.

Forgetting the basic logic is the most terrifying.
