Aluminum cutter sawing is a common metal processing method, but it is prone to some problems in the sawing process, which will not only affect the processing efficiency, but also affect the processing quality. So how to avoid the problems that are easy to occur when sawing aluminum cutters?
First, the length and size of the material to be cut are inaccurate. This problem is generally caused by inaccurate feeding, at this time, it is necessary to check whether the lead screw has clearance, and to overhaul and maintain the lead screw bearing and coupling. There is also a situation that the size of the feeding card or the feeding trolley is inaccurate due to the return reference with the material.
Second, the verticality of the cut material is not good. Generally, this problem may be caused by the fact that the saw blade and the cutting table are not perpendicular, and the saw blade is not vertical, which may be caused by the saw blade not being installed, or that there are foreign objects on the flange that cause the saw blade to deviate. It is also possible that the verticality of the spindle of the equipment is not adjusted well or is deviated.
Thirdly, the cutting material has large burrs on the cutting surface. This situation is generally caused by the fact that the saw blade is not sharp, and there are several reasons why the saw blade is not sharp, either the lubrication is not in place, resulting in the saw blade not being lubricated and the heat dissipation is not good, the saw blade head sticks to aluminum and becomes dull, and there is a situation that the saw blade is not sharp due to long-term use.
