Drinking tea is a way of life for Chinese people, and everyone will be exposed to tea to a greater or lesser extent. When I was a child, I drank jasmine tea and green tea with the adults in the family, and I didn't buy much, I bought a few taels or twos, and after drinking tea in the morning, I sat in the back seat of my father's car and went to school.
It's about the same as attending an event, and I received Pu'er's tea cakes, but I don't know Pu'er yet, so I just put it away.
Now that I have read this book, I have some understanding of Pu'er, and this book aims to provide a way to think about Pu'er tea, rather than a simple introduction to knowledge.
Regarding Pu'er in Yunnan, the author is used to the taste of Yiwu tea Xi, and it just so happened that I took a closer look that my tea cakes are also from Yiwu. I haven't opened the idea of opening it yet, though.
The book is divided into four parts, spring, summer, autumn, and winter, which are the four seasons of Pu'er tea, as well as the market and rivers and lakes.
From the book, I learned that "the tea species in Yunnan are large-leaf species, which are relative to the small-leaf species in other parts of the country." The large-leaved species in Yunnan are considered the most suitable for making Pu'er tea, but there is no tea tree that has been named "Pu'er". The name of Pu-erh tea is believed to be related to a place called 'Pu-erh'. ”
There is also a classification of Pu'er tea, such as "the yellow-green soup color is one of the Pu'er teas, called raw tea, slightly cold, can be stored for a long time; The red and black soup color is ripe tea, which is relatively warm to the stomach and can also be stored for a long time. There is also the difference between "old tea" and big tree tea and terrace tea.
Pu'er tea is a living antique, just in the museum's "Tea and the World" exhibition, I also saw the "Pu'er Golden Gourd Tribute Tea" from the Qing Palace, and Pu'er tea has gradually been given cultural meaning. It's also no longer a simple cup of tea.
You can see a lot of "authentic Yunnan Pu'er tea", whether it is really true or not, it depends on the hearts of the people, "the rivers and lakes are in the hearts of the people", and then the author's footsteps to Yishan, what he saw, heard and felt, he can feel that the rivers and lakes of Pu'er tea are not simple.
When the price of Pu'er tea rises, a few families are happy and a few are sad, and all people flock to it;When it suddenly returns to the original of tea, ** is no longer there, and what stays may be good. For the sake of Pu'er tea and the culture behind it, Simao can be renamed Pu'er, what has changed there? Those tea guests who come and go are like chivalrous guests in the **, like masters of different sects in the rivers and lakes of Pu'er.
The full text looks very smooth, not like an academic mouth, from the hustle and bustle of the Pu'er tea industry to the thoughts of tea farmers, as well as the methods of drinking and storage, there are all here, suitable for friends who are new to Pu'er to come and see, and if you have the opportunity, you also want to go to "Yiwu Zhengshan" to walk.
