On December 22, the District Human Resources Industry Federation (Alliance) was officially inaugurated, marking that the human resources service industry in our district has embarked on a large-scale, professional and intensive development path.
As the key development of the capital's plain new city, at present, our district is accelerating the construction of the "four districts", focusing on building modern industrial clusters, creating a "first-class space + talent" industrial ecological incubation circle, and promoting the formation of an industrial development pattern supported by leading enterprises and the prosperity of innovative enterprises. The District Human Resources Industry Federation, which brings together leading enterprises in multiple industries, will be committed to building a communication platform for human resources information sharing and information integration, helping member companies to understand industry trends in the first time, effectively expanding business development channels, enhancing industry cohesion of enterprises, realizing the benign flow of talents between enterprises, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of enterprise human resource management. At the same time, the Federation will also strengthen cooperation with relevant departments, affiliated enterprises and other parties to jointly promote the development and growth of the human resources industry in the jurisdiction.
The Federation has a total of 52 member units, including 16 governing units, we will improve the membership mechanism and services, formulate integrity rules, increase efforts to cultivate and empower human resources enterprises, enhance the professional skills of practitioners, stimulate the courage of scientific and technological innovation, and build a backbone human resources enterprise. In addition, we will also build a comprehensive human resources service platform to efficiently and accurately match people and jobs for enterprises and employment groups, establish the concept of co-creation, co-construction and sharing, and enhance the sense of win-win cooperation. Yang Jie, president of the District Human Resources Industry Federation, said that the member companies will also form a joint force, and strive to shape the Federation into a model for service enterprises, a "booster" for new employment, and a "catalyst" for the development of the industry, so as to contribute wisdom and strength to the high-level development of the human resources industry in our district.
In recent years, our district has taken advantage of the vigorous development of the industry, accelerated the pace of development of the high-quality human resources service industry, adopted a series of effective measures, and successively formulated and implemented measures to promote the high-quality development of the human resources service industry, such as employment introduction subsidies for key groups and employment introduction subsidies in Huitian area, so as to give full play to the positive role of human resources institutions at all levels in promoting employment.
During the epidemic, many institutions actively supported the resumption of work and production of key enterprises, released recruitment information free of charge, and provided employment security services for more than 10,000 people. According to the relevant person in charge of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, since 2016, our district has been booming with an average annual increase of 10 operational human resources institutions, and the current number of operational human resources service agencies has reached 91, including 51 A-level and above human resources institutions.
Next, our district will also strive to create a good atmosphere of "setting up a stage, driving by the federation, and singing by enterprises", cultivate a group at different levels, support a group, and introduce a number of high-quality human resource service institutions, and strive to build a human resource service industry development pattern with Changping characteristics that is in line with the industrial development of our district. Our district will give full play to the role of the human resources industry federation as a bridge, carry out a series of activities such as policy presentations, enterprise seminars, and industry competitions at multiple levels, continue to promote the standardized development of the human resources industry in Changping District, and better serve employers, entrepreneurs, and employees.
In the future, it is also hoped that all human resource service agencies will fully expand their service functions, improve service quality and efficiency, effectively participate in the whole process of talent training and talent employment, and vigorously promote the "three-chain integration" of industrial chain, innovation chain and talent chain, so as to provide solid human resource support for the economic and social development of Changping District and the construction of "four districts".
