During the Xi in the fourth grade of Primary A, since my training teacher is both a Chinese and a class teacher, I have a good understanding of the teacher's work this time, and I will share my impressions of various aspects of the teaching work below.
Teachers help each other: lesson plan sharing, competition drills, and teaching and scientific research
In terms of Chinese teaching, the Grade 4 Chinese group will use the same set of PPT templates for class, and different teachers can modify them according to the level of students in their classes and lesson plans in order to better teach the curriculum. When some teachers need to participate in the competition, they will record the excellent works in advance and write lesson plans, and the rest of the teachers will also invite these teachers to the class to try and audit, and will organize discussions with these teachers after class, and constantly revise the teaching plan to achieve the most perfect effect. This kind of mutual cooperation and cooperation between teachers not only reduces the teaching pressure between different levels, but also promotes the continuous improvement of the teaching level of teachers and the Xi and improvement of mutual learning.
Students are busy: teaching and auxiliary homework, physical exercise and checking and filling gaps

And there is no lunch break at noon, but Xi at noon, and teachers will use this time to teach or do homework. At the same time, the teacher's requirements for writing are also very high, students need to use a blue and black pen to write homework without obvious traces of alteration, and corrections need to be repeated three times with a pencil and underlined.
Home-school cooperation: parent-child co-reading, homework signing and information communication
Home-school cooperation is also more frequent, teachers will assign homework for early reading and reading of famous works that require parents' cooperation, and parents will also be required to sign in the practice of Xi revision (even if parents are not at home, they need to send WeChat to confirm).Parents will also contact teachers from time to time to inquire about the student's performance in stages. Hard work with the class: sub-course teaching, emergency management and training
In addition to undertaking the teaching work of their own subjects, they also need to carry out ethics and rule of law courses in the lower grades, guide club activities, and enter the class from time to time to check the class order during the recess. During my Xi, a student in my class had to recuperate for three weeks after colliding with other students during physical education class and having his arm misaligned, and my mentor went to two hospitals that night and purchased a wrist strap to give to the student to facilitate his daily life. It is not easy for novices: unfamiliar with lesson preparation, difficult to develop and difficult to control discipline
During this Xi, I also tried to teach for the first time, although it was only an optional text, but the teaching was not as easy as we thought. First of all, in terms of lesson preparation, I modified the lesson plan according to the template given by the teacher and the lesson plan I wrote, due to the uncertainty of the student's level and the revision of the textbook, these teaching knowledge is relatively unfamiliar, and I can only continue to study on the basis of preset student questions, so as to avoid the situation that students ask questions and I can't answer them. Secondly, during the lesson, the students were very active, but I would not be able to concentrate on listening carefully to the students' answers because of nervousness during the lesson, and I could only repeat the students' key words dryly, but could not extend and expand themAnd because of the fear of not being able to grasp the time, I will often unconsciously pay attention to the clock behind the classroom and cause distraction. Fortunately, the results of this class were not satisfactory, and after the class, students would come to ask questions that they did not understand in class and whether the notes were detailed or not, although the process was not so idealistic, but this was also the first step for me to move from theory to practical teaching, and I personally experienced the differences between theoretical Xi and practical teaching, and will continue to improve and continue to move forward based on this mistake. In the specific process, it can be found that I have not completely gotten rid of the temperament of students, I still can't completely suppress students in class management, manage discipline well, and students always make small movements in some unexpected places, which reminds me that I still need to constantly strengthen my normal student skills, give specific attention to different students, and realize the unity of theory and practice.
