The connotation of "five to block" target management is to decompose the target into blocks, optimize decision-making to blocks, account management to blocks, analyze and evaluate to blocks, and assess and cash to blocks, aiming to divide small accounting units and calculate block benefit accounts through block target management, so as to further improve the level of reservoir operation and management, and promote the continuous reduction of the break-even point.
