On December 27, at the construction site of Huinan Bridge in Zhuqiao Town, Pudong New Area, with the last concrete poured into the B4 section of the closure section, marking the successful closure of the continuous beam of the Shanghai-Sutong Railway Taicang to the fourth regiment section of the Shanghai-Sutong Railway from Taicang to the fourth regiment section of the Biaohui Nante Bridge across Dasha Road Port constructed by the Fourth Bureau of China Railway, which is also the first large-span full-hall support cast-in-situ continuous beam of the whole section of the whole line, which has laid a solid foundation for the follow-up girder erection and track laying.
Shanghai-Sutong Railway Taicang to Situan Station, with a total length of 1118 km. The front standard of the Shanghai-Sutong Railway Station undertaken by the Fourth Bureau of China Railway mainly includes the main line and the bullet train line and the project in front of the Shanghai East EMU, with a total length of 36543 km. It passes through Zhuqiao, Huinan, Datuan and other areas. The main construction contents of the project include Huinan Special Bridge, S2 Special Bridge, Shipi Port Special Bridge, Trans Pengping Highway Special Bridge, Shanghai East EMU, Housing Construction Project, etc.
Huinan Special Bridge is located in Zhuqiao Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total length of 1555 km. The line crosses the Dasha Road Port with a main span of 108 meters of continuous beams at piers 67 to 70. The continuous beam is the first large-span full-hall support cast-in-situ continuous beam bridge on the whole line from Taicang to the fourth regiment section of the Shanghai-Sutong Railway.
During the construction process of the continuous beam, the project department carefully organized and arranged the construction in strict accordance with the specifications and design requirements, and the technical personnel carried out the linear and elevation detection in the standard section in advance, and adjusted the vertical mold data in time to ensure that the linear shape of the closing section met the requirements of the specification. At the same time, the safety and quality work was strengthened, and the work of falling from height safety drills and step-by-step safety technology disclosure was carried out, especially the detailed deployment of construction safety, high-altitude work and temporary electricity consumption to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the continuous beam construction task.
In order to ensure the implementation of the beams as planned, Zhuqiao Beam Making Yard actively communicated with the owner and the design institute, reversed the construction period, matched the production factors, carried out in-depth labor competition, compacted responsibilities, and rapidly promoted construction and production, and successively set a record of the whole line of "the first cushion cap", "the first pier", "the first box girder prefabrication" and "the first box girder erection" and other good results, and various construction and production indicators lead the whole line.
Zhang Gan, chief engineer of Zhuqiao Beam Making Yard of the Project Management Department of China Railway Fourth Bureau, said that at present, the substructure of the whole bid section has been completed by 85% and is gradually transferred to the construction of the superstructure. After successfully crossing the Dasha Road Port, which is the first channel, it opened up the channel for the erection of the box girder in the future, and also laid a solid foundation for the entire bid section to transfer from the substructure construction to the superstructure construction.
On the bridge deck, the girder erector is already in place, and it is about to pass through the Helong section and erect the box girder all the way to the north. The smooth closing of the continuous beam sounded the clarion call for the second phase of the Shanghai-Sutong Railway project to comprehensively tackle the key control nodes of the project, marking that the construction of the special hole span continuous beam of the project has entered the sprint stage, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the completion on schedule.
As an auxiliary channel of the Shanghai-Hanrong channel and the Beijing-Shanghai railway, it mainly undertakes intercity passenger exchanges in Shanghai, southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu, while taking into account the function of cargo transportation.
