On December 23, the standard EMU double-track bridge across Dasha Road Port tie arch rib was successfully closed by the first branch of the Taicang to the fourth regiment section of the Shanghai Sutong Railway of China Railway Fourth Bureau, marking the completion of the construction of the first cross-channel tie arch rib structure of the Taicang to the fourth regiment section of the Shanghai-Sutong Railway.
The double-lane bridge of the bullet train adopts the tie arch across the Dasha Road Port, and the angle between the tie arch and the Dasha Road Port is 80 degrees, with a total length of 982 meters, the width of the existing river channel is 275 meters, the width of the later planned river is 85 meters, which belongs to the level planning river and is one of the control projects of the bid section.
The bridge contains a total of 2 arch rib structure, each arch rib is divided into 7 segments, including 2 arch foot embedded sections, 4 arch rib segments, 1 arch rib closure section, and the maximum weight of a single piece is 306 tons. The engineering arch rib is installed by the conventional support method, that is, after the main span bridge deck is poured and the initial tension is completed, the temporary support of the arch rib is installed on the bridge deck, and the arch rib segments are transported to the construction site in batches and then hoisted on the bridge by two 80-ton trucks to carry out the lifting and installation of the arch rib segments.
The Taicang to Situan section of the Shanghai-Sutong Railway is an important part of the coastal passage of the national medium and long-term railway network planning "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed rail network, which will fill the gap of the trunk railway in the eastern part of Shanghai and make the railway hub and network layout of Shanghai more balanced and reasonable. At the same time, the Shanghai East Railway Station and Pudong Airport, the eastern hub along the line, will constitute an important transportation hub in the eastern part of Shanghai, which is of great significance for accelerating the construction of the Lingang New Area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, improving the city's energy level and core competitiveness, and enhancing the radiation and driving role of the central city of Shanghai.
