The International Science Council (ISC) has announced the list of 100 newly elected Fellows for 2023. Fu Bojie, honorary member of the China Committee of the International Science Council (ISC-China), professor of the National Basic Geographic Information Center**, vice chairman of ISC-China and researcher of the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xia Jun, member of ISC-China and professor of Wuhan University, and Zhu Yongguan, vice chairman of ISC-China and director of the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, were elected.

Zhu Yongguan, born in Tongxiang, Jiaxing in August 1967, is an expert in ecology and environment and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
