Last week, with the unity and cooperation of the project team, AXIOM Yunji Shangpu Tower A has been completed for the record, and will start to carry international high-end business needs in the future and establish the image of Yangpu New Jiangwan City as a gateway.
Shanghai Yangpu is home to Jiangwan Wujiaochang, one of the top ten commercial centers, and is home to Fudan University, Tongji University and other institutions of higher learning, as well as more than 300 national high-tech industries, forming a knowledge-based economic circle with rich output value.
Tishman Speyer, an internationally renowned real estate company, has built a million-square-meter Shangpu Lingshi in Yangpu New Jiangwan City, which integrates urban functions such as offices, commercial, hotels, theaters and apartments, attracting many internationally renowned enterprises to settle in. As the finale of Shangpu Lingshi's project, the 280m+250m twin towers embody Tishman Speyer's forward-thinking planning concept, extraordinary architectural quality and excellent operation management.
Following the design concept of Ole Scheeren, Yunji Shangpu has broken the conventional design of high-rise buildings and creatively adopted the external approach of the core tube to provide the flexibility of large studios and space planning to achieve ultra-high space utilization. Tower A has a standard floor height of 5 meters, which not only brings a broad vision, but also meets the needs of enterprises for business office, conference negotiation, daily leisure and so on.
Such an external approach to the core tube is a rare design and construction precedent in China and even in the world, coupled with the difficulty of high-altitude construction, which puts forward extremely high requirements and challenges for the construction of Yunji Shangpu. When the B tower is completed, it will be the world's tallest offset core twin towers.
