When bubbles appear on the sticker, you can try to remove it by the following methods:
Slowly attached:During the process of sticking, slowly and gradually attach the sticker to the surface to reduce the possibility of air bubbles. If you stick it quickly at the beginning, it can cause bubbles to be difficult to avoid.
Using the Squeeze Tool:Use a squeeze tool (this can be a card, squeeze brush, etc.) on the surface of the sticker and squeeze outward from the center of the sticker to squeeze the air out. At the same time, gradually move the squeezing tool to the edge of the sticker to ensure that the air is squeezed out smoothly.
Hot air blower for air dryer:Use a hot air blower to gently heat the surface of the sticker, then use the squeezing tool to squeeze the bubbles out. The hot air makes the sticker material softer and easier to handle air bubbles.
Small needle or knife:For small bubbles, you can use a small needle or knife to gently puncture the bubbles, and then squeeze the air out with a squeezing tool. Use caution to avoid puncturing surfaces.
Peel and reattach again:If the bubbles are difficult to deal with, try gently peeling off the sticker and slowly and gradually reattaching it again. This may make it easier to avoid the formation of bubbles.
Clean the surface:Before sticking, make sure the attached surface is clean and free of dust or oil stains, which can help reduce the formation of air bubbles.
Please note that different kinds of sticker materials may have different treatments, so it is recommended to read the instructions for use of the sticker or the advice provided by the manufacturer before handling. Avoid scratching the surface excessively with sharp objects to avoid damaging the surface.
